They are US Speedo

If I remember right it is a escalde chrome lens silver SS style gauge face and carbon fiber needles

Nice I like them a lot. My gauge cluster is getting sent off for rebuild and having a white face plate with red numbers, stainless and red needles, and red l.e.d backlights installed with a stainless overlay.
