2009 LMM DPF Issues

tried searching but didn't find exactly what I was looking for.

Dad's 2009 LMM started throwing these codes that won't go away

P2453
P2002
P2454

All DPF related, is it a plugged DPF or something? It's a highway driven truck so should have plenty of time to regen.. I'm not if it actually regens

Tempted to do a delete but my dad doesn't want his truck to get louder.

Any ideas?

Yup I've been around them, they aren't bad noisy. Obviously louder than stock but not crazy

Had it checked out today, apparently some wires on the driver side got damaged and caused this, looks like it's back in action!
