EFILive 2009-2010 A50 TCM support

Our August 7th 2010 public pre-release software contains read support for the A50 Allison controller. Software can be downloaded from here http://forum.efilive.com/forumdispla...tallation-Help

The calibration mapping is all complete and is awaiting our next public release. If you need these files before our next release, PM me with your details and I'll email them through as a BETA.

I'm not sure there is any beta files yet, I asked Paul for them yesterday when I sent my BBR of my TCM with no reponse.

The bad news is Ross has had to make a change to the software based on feedback received. The really bad news is unfortunately Paul is off work sick so I think it's going to be another week before the required software is available for download given AutoCal starts shipping later this week. This means the write process won't be available to anyone until that download.

But the good news is, the cal files will be included in that software release and the changes Ross has made will allow those with 2011 LML's to start reading their TCM's from the next download - then Ross can map their support.

With the new updates released today, you can read the 09+ tcm controller in the tuning software.

The August 16 public release contains A50 read and cal files. Flashing missed this release, and given AutoCal is now on the market (we started shipping this week), our next release with flashing will be a couple of weeks away.

Reading is available in the current release (public if it's just a software update, and beta if it's a fresh installation)

There have been a few technical hiccups with development for flashing. These issues are software related (the move from V7 to V8 software), and are not ECM related, however until they are resolved we can't commence further development. With our software developer recovering from back surgery it's unlikely they will be addressed in the coming few weeks.

Sorry I don't have more information than that.

I haf serial numbers and OS's from an 08 that work perfect in my 10'.
