You won't get mpgs with the lift and tires fwiw..

If you have the autocal plug it in and re-download the dsp5 file? Worth a try..

Many times it's a poorly installed DSP5 switch. Check the wires and check to make sure that they are fully inserted. I've fixed 3 in the past year and I'm not even a mechanic, LOL.

You can also log the switch position or voltage and see if it is working according to what the ECM sees

What kind of shape are the injectors in and is there any boost leaks? What the calculated fuel rate at idle? Worn injectors and a minor boost leak can make these trucks seem like each tune isn't much different from each other. My balance rates were good the cfr was 6-8. I put new sticks in at the cfr is 11-12 and I can tell a huge difference in power again between tunes.

Not sure I only have a autocal to read anything right now and it won’t show rates. But with the fass pump actually working I can tell the difference some now but I believe there stock trans tunes
