I'm thinkin of trading my trucks in for one fully loaded LMM with 6" fab tech lift, cutom wheels, grill, door handles, steps, leather, dvd, Nav, sun roof and 35'' tires.

Truck lists for 63,000 but with GM discount of 12,000 and my company discount of 3,000 I almost can't say no. Still have the 01, 02 d-max's and 89 cummins.

What you guys think?

i would have a hard time getting rid of he lbz. you could take alot of the stuff off the 02 and have a seriously fast lbz then sell the 02 and 01

I love my 07 and wouldn't trade, but man, those 08 body styles are sure sweet. Nice to have such tough choices.

I would keep the LBZ, they advertize cheaper trucks with more discount in the paper here. There was a truck that stickered for 45g and was in the paper for 28. Then you can go in and get some more off. JMO

The LMM body style/interior is :puke: The 06/07 LBZ is perfection of the Duramax. Keep it

Well I think I will go with the fully loaded one with no lift and tires for 29,000 from 51,200. Not takin an AZZ kickin on the trade in either. Will cut my monthly payments in half to buy a nice boat. Will make the 02 a daily driver and sell the 01 to hop up the 08.:D

Dont buy any "factory" or "dealer" modified vehicle ever IMO. You pay 3x as much. Only people who do that are people who cant afford it and need it rolled in with their payments, which is stupid I think.

I share that opinion as well. As with anything new, no matter how small the change, there could be little things that need time to get figured out. For instance, didn't EFI Live just update a few weeks ago to "fix" some things? Then there's the whole switch on the fly tuning.

I'm confident there are vendors on here, and people in the aftermarket industry that are more than smart enough to figure everything out (which I think most of it has at this point).

I'd just choose the truck you like best, at the price you want, and go from there. I wouldn't buy the one with all the lift and stuff though

Well after seaching for two days for an 08 LMM the only ones they could find was a yellow one, a white one and five black ones.( Fully loaded) The one I was going to buy was already sold and the sellsman didn't know it. After sitting and looking at the intrest rates and comparing both trucks at 0%. I couldn't see paying intest on one when I have two at 0%. Went rageing on a couple mustangs in the 07 on the way to the dealer and knew the LMM wouldn't run the same. So I guess we will keep the LBZ's.:D
