Can anyone tell me what are the biggest size tires I can buy without lifting my truck? Don't really want to make any modifications just want a beefier look.

I'm on 285/75/r16 Coopers right now, had to trim the valance a tiny bit, other than that the only place they rub are on the mud flaps, which I'm too stubborn to take off until all the salt is off the roads. This is with the cv shafts at stock level. From what I understand the new body style trucks have a little less clearance but you should be fine. Look up the norcal fender mod, easy little mod that will provide a lot more room.

lmm has less tire room than that LBZ. Take the advice of a 265 if you don't want to touch anything. Go with 285's if you don't mind adding some preload to the torsion bars and doing some trimming and banging and hearing a little rub here and there.
