What's the best oil to run in my 2006 2500hd with the Allison and 263 transfercase

None of the ones I see specified the type of transfercase there running cuz the parts store list different ones for np208 241 263

We all run either a 261 or 263. That was all that was available for a long time in a dmax. So if someone is talking about a oil used in a transfer case that's duramax powered its also for your truck:thumb:

If you don't want to worry about it run synthetic transmission fluid. Like synchromesh

I use off the shelf ATF
