Was driving to work this morning snug as a bug and all of sudden no heat. It was 27 degrees out and cab got cold quick. Water temp was 150 to 180. What gives? I just bought this truck Last week.

Check your coolant level. If it's at the proper level try cycling the key from on-off-on when/if it does it again. If that does it your blend door actuator(s) are failing.

Actually was low on coolant so that brought on a whole new problem. Seem as if the coolant system is under to much pressure and at times I'm losing coolant out of the overflow vent. Any suggestions? Maybe the cap?

That's not good. Typically, when the coolant is under pressure and pushes out the cap, you have a blown head gasket. When you park the truck over night, is the radiator hose still hard the next morning, or has the pressure released?

Do you have a warrantee ?Maybe it can be covered if you only got it last week.Pull the coolant tube, its the one that covers the thermostats and start it up after removing the stats.look for bubbles and that will give you your blown side.I would do both since your already there.
