2005 Chevy 2500 HD Duramax p0207 and P2147 help

I was driving down the road and tried to pass someone and the truck felt like it fell flat on its face, no power engine light on, I read it with my action and got the two codes in the title p0207 and p2147.

I don't know the fixes for these codes any help is greatly appreciated, in the mean time I'll be look to find the fixes.

Think I figured my problem, finally got home to do some research and think it's the #2 and #7 injector connections. I turned the truck on and it was running fine and then I wiggled the connections and it went back into limp mode.

Although my trucks seems to run warmer than normal still, and the fluctuation in temp seems odd. If I accelerate fast it warms up till the fan kicks on then when I let off the gas to slow down for a stop sign the temp drops real fast down to maybe 190
