Help: 2005 2500hd Gasser help

One of our work trucks, a 2005 2500hd gmc sierra 6.0 gasser needs to be smogged by the end of the month. It has a check engine light and i checked it with my v2 and it was p0449. The vent solenoid (one attached to gas tank and charcoal canister) is not getting power. I checked all the fuses and they are fine so im thinking there is a cut wire somewhere or something. Anyone with access to mitchell or alldata think they could get me the wiring diagram that goes to that solenoid?

My parent's 05 Avalanche with the 5.3 has this code. Twister, what did you do to fix it, or anyone else dealt with this? Thanks.

I overlooked a blown fuse and also replaced the canister/vent solenoid that is mounted on the side of the gas tank. There is also the canister/vent on the front/top of the engine to check and make sure it is good. If it is in the dirt a lot check the one by the tank, and double check those fuses under the hood.

oh, and dont order the part for that truck. I will look because i can't recall off of the top of my head, but the one for a 06 suburban I think is the exact same...same part number even but 100$ cheaper! its only like 20 something dollars compared to a hundred something
