2004 Grounded out Battery wont start?

On a 2004 Duramax I just replaced all the injectors with merchant Automotive deluxe kit and fuel rails when I was putting in the passenger side I grounded the fuel rail out to the battery now it won’t start. Check all the fuses but all are okay. Any ideas?

You might of cooked the ecm or ficm i have seen both happen can you connect a v2 to see if has lost comm with ecm ?

Tcm? I remember reading some people mess it up in the same situation, with out it being grounded.

Is the big maxi fuse blown? Had that happen to me once when I was stranded and my solenoid on the starter crapped out. Used a screwdriver and boom:roflmao: Thank God it was only the maxi that blew.

Yes check this fuse you need to pull the plastic fuse housing IIRC.Nick isnt it a 175 fuse i think?I blew mine a few years back and had to replace mine as well.

I think the orginal 1 was, the replacement 1 wasnt cooper color.
