Did they clear the code(s)? I believe it would have told you which cylinder had the miss-fire,no? In the first scan #4 and #7 are pretty off from what you want ideally.

i didnt have any codes, was doing the renewal on DMV crap, went down and set EFI live on Dsp switch #1 and he said i had a misfire.. thats all... so i went to my friends shop who put the EFI live on and he scanned for me.. I Should just take it to the stealership and find out which ones are really bad.. i have a hookup on a set of injectors for 1k.. might not need all but i could sell the rest..

Any injectors with a balance rate of 6 or better is recommended to be replaced. A set that is working correctly usually is all less than mid twos but each engine and combo may read a little differently. You do have a problem though.

How did he come to the conclusion you had a misfire? Were there any codes set?

The CA smog test consists of:

1) Visual inspection for missing EGR, CAT, DPF etc. or added "non approved" parts.
2) Check for codes in case someone disabled the SES light.
3) Rev three times and observe if smoke lingers for more than 3 seconds.

Ditto on what Guy said, if there aren't codes stored or far worse rates than what you have there. It may have a little shudder at low rpm off idle when it drops the balancing.
