2003 chevy front end swap

Got a guy in town that has a 2006 gmc 2500hd and he want my front end. My truck is a 2003 chevy 2500hd. I personally like the gmc better so I am all for it. Plus they are both the same color so it's kinda a win win. What I am wondering is what all are we going to have to swap.

Ok thanks guys I the only thing I was not for sure about was fenders. Does anyone know if the flares are the same
