Allison 5sp: 2001 Suncoast built unit, getting p0708, NSBU?

I replaced the NSBU switch when I installed the new trans, about 3,000 miles ago. It's been shifting perfectly. Now truck is stuck in 3rd (of course) no gear indicator and p0708 is the only code coming up.

Am I looking at a new switch? Or possibly adjustment issue?

Probably a new switch. Could have been moisture in the switch or wiring problem in the harness.

Well, truck has been sitting inside 75 degree shop for 6hrs now. Still ton of ice around trans. But I think I lucked out! The connector is unplugged. Can't see much more than that at this point. Hoping it's not busted. I don't work on ice or in pools of water so it's going to sit in shop till Monday
