Well I wrecked my suction line from the Condenser to the AC Compressor to the Accumulator. Either NAPA nor any other parts store in town had one for an 2001 Duramax, so I figured an 2002 duramax suction line would be the same, I was wrong, the accumulators changed between 2001 and 2002. The only people that carry it was GM and it was kind of expensive. So I put a 2002 Accumulator and suction line on and everything fits.
Hears the napa part numbers I used, they are TEM 408638 for the Suction Line and TEM 408576

techincally your suppose to change the accumulator if the system has been open for more than an hour anyhow so you inadvertently went down the right path lol

oooops nevermind, I was wrong...I was thinking the AC systems with the Denso compressor...not the earlier Harrison compressors. Forget what I said. :)

;) :D haha yeah, when you go into the parts store telling them that and they go full retard cause it doesnt show in the computer . i use to call it a receiver/dryer thinking it was like the newer trucks till i read about the difference.
