Have a 1995 3500HD dump truck with the 6.5 now. Was wondering what would be the easiest to do. Change the motor and cab over to an 06 lbz if possible or just change the motor and use one of the stand alone harnesses? Would really like to do the cab change if possible.

Speaking from experience, the DURAMAX swap in place of a 6.5 is ALOT of work. The 3500HD has more room to work with under teh hood than my 2500 had, but it is still alot of work.
