1951 chevy 3100 4x4

I traded my 49 chevy 3100 on an s10 chassis w/ a 5.3/4L60 combo for a 51 chevy 3100 on a 69-72 k5 blazer chassis. The 49 was fun but the cab was in bad shape and i really wanted a 4x4. The 51 has a 350 carb'd/TH350 and NP203(part time?). I picked up a 6.0/4L80e pretty cheap as they are hard to find here in NY. I plan on keeping the NP203 unless i can find a cheap NP205. I'm lucky to have george at transfer cases unlimited locally so im probably gonna drop off the 80e and np203 to him for mating.

So whats the issue with the electrical system? Do you want to upgrade it to more modern specs?

yes that glass fuse panel is a mess so i'm gonna do a new 12v harness

Going to use a Painless harness?

I'm looking at autowire, painless and speedway. Of course i had a speedway harness years ago for my malibu and i returned it.
