LLY: 12 mm stroker CP3

Is there any disadvantage to installing a 12 mm stroker CP3 on an LLY which presently has stock sticks and turbo, because my OEM CP3 is on the way out and I will be upgrading to a VVT 72 and 125% overs in the near future?

If you plan on an engine build then yes, if not I would get a sportsman pump and forget about %125 overs.
