As very few here know, this last summer I built the motor (big thanks to Henry), went with yellowchevys (Russells turbos rock) modified stock charger, and replaced the s475 with an 80. LDS 100% overs, cp3k and a new stock lbz pump. Refreshed my trans (thanks Evan for the advice you gave me over PMs) trans has never shifted good as it does now. 1200mi on the build and decided to take it to the track last night hoping for mid 11s. Made only one pass as I lost the belt at the 1000ft mark and lost rail also. I was pretty excited and also excited to set the new record for the fastest diesel in NM which hasn't been broken in almost 2 1/2 years that was previously set my good ole Damain with a 11.35. DA last night was right at 6500ft.

So slow. :D congrats
Haha thanks buddy

Hell yeah blake!!! What's your drive pressure and total boost on that tune?
Thanks James! I only have a 60psi gauge and it holds a little past that, I would say right at 65. Drive is right at 80psi on that tune. I need to get a 100lb boost gauge now. I shimmed my cp3 bracket to pitch the top forward a bit a tad. I used a straight edge and got it as close as I could. Hope it stays on now.

Congrats big guy
Thanks!

Congrats Blake

Thanks Shane! Sorry I missed your call this morning, I was in and out of service at the time here on the ranch.

Congrats :hi5:
Thank you Kat!

congrats man. thats really movin. be crazy to see what a clean pass will be.
Thanks man!

I think it may have a 10.9x in it. If I can keep the belt on and work on my 60ft. I haven't even ran the truck on tune 4 or 5 yet so that might be interested. Heres a video of the pass for those who haven't seen it on FB

Exact setup I had planned for my LMM this coming year. Makes me regret selling it. Nice pass!

I thought about selling this truck after I built it, i hardly have anytime here on the ranch anymore, then I ran this pass and I'm hooked again lol
Nice pass Blake!
I know it has a 10.9 in it at a lower elevation. 6500' is getting thin.
Thanks Chris! Ya elevation was 3700ft, where I live is 4600ft, I wanna make a trip to Ennis or Phoenix next spring to see what she's got.
Nice pass:thumb:
Thanks man!
Awesome :thumb:
Thank you Evan, thank you for always replying and answering my questions I had. Just those little things things made a huge difference on the way the trans performed. I used to have tie ups and what not, now nothing but clean quick shifts :thumb:

Does anyone have a link or a part number where I can find a Dayco tensioner for this truck? James advised me yesterday to get one and he also had a thread on here when he used to throw belts after the dual fueler was installed on his truck and he finally got the issue fixed and a lot of it was the tensioner.

Good to know! Now that I have my injectors in, I've been hesitant on how the valley turbo will take the added fuel. I have my gate pretty tight for towing. Going to need to loosen it up, I feel.

What size of inj did you go with James? Moar fuels!

Nice run! What did it run with the 475?

Well when I had the s475 I was running it over the stock LLY charger on the stock motor, 40 overs and cp3k and it ran a [email protected].

Nice pass. When in doubt, add fuel! :roflmao:

I keep hearing about the Hobbs track being surprisingly good despite the elevation. I may have to jog over there and give it a whirl with you guys.
