Went to track this afternoon. Cut 1.62 60ft, immediately knew something was wrong let out of it coasted to end of track and luckily had a friend with trailer to take truck home. Truck hopped like fukin crazy.

Tires are pigeon towed bad..... Rare parts ties rods, dhd brace. Looks like I bent the shit out of the factory centerlink.. It's on the lift at shop, will look into it tomorrow if I get time.:(

Looks like that answers the questions about the Kryptonite and PPE center links. Post some pictures please.

Tires hook up good don't they lol. Sorry to hear. Lowered is the only way to drag race. Hundreds of hard launches and have yet to hurt anything with cognitos and sleeves.
I had lots of boosted launches with the cognitive braces as well with Fabtech tie rod ends and haven't bent my centerlink on 35's.
May have been a fluke but FWIW I don't feel the DHD brace does as good of a job. Just my opinion.

Nice '60, Wolfie. Sorry to hear about the front end. How old are the pitman/idler arms?

Do you have an actual lift though?

Yes. 6" Fabtech.
I crank the torsions all the way out and then back in two turns when I raced.

If you look at your rubber snubbers on your lower A-arm they should be squished flat with the stock keys and the bolts loose. I bet you are just barely touching the snubbers or not quite...
