08 Silverado new Body Fog Light Upgrade?

Ok, I have a 08 Silverado and am looking for ways to upgrade the stock fog lights. IMHO they are pretty much worthless, but I dont want to have do any serious mods to upgrade them. Does anyone make a drop in upgrade?

pretty sure they make HID kits for those.
