Question: 07 suburban tpms

I have an 07 burb that has a tpms that acts up and tells me to service tire system. But only does it periodically. Goin in a few days to get new wheels and tires. Should I have new tpms installed or transfer from factory wheels ? Also is there any way to turn off the tpms or is that not an option?

No way to turn them off. Replace with new ones. The life of them are 6-10 years. I wish they made it where you could just do new batteries everytime you do tires.
