i bought a 2007 lbz duramax classic back in december this truck is flawless from top to bottome well taken care of ive had very little issues out of the truck 90 000 miles on it, Truck to my knoweledge has a efi live tuner, Aftermarket injectors not sure the size yet , raptor lift pump and plenty of other toys such as egr block exc.... im running close to 40lbs boost when i turn it up about 15- 28 daily , only issue i seem to have is the up pipe from the passenger manifold to underneath the turbo and into the non existing egr keeps busting in a flex , on the branch off to egr snaps it after about 2 months once replaced , is there anyway i can fix this permenately with either an after market part that anyone can direct me to or is it possible to actuall cap it completely with a professional weld?

The first thing I would do would be have it re tuned. If your turbo is stock 40psi is way too much boost. Your truck will run better at 32-34 psi. This will also help your issue.

All season sells a rebuilt welded up stocker, or rick d lance (pro fab perf.) sells a nice set of tow flows.. They are both vendors here.

If your holding 34psi that's not too bad. The first tune I loaded in my truck held 40 psi, egts were through the roof and I'm sure drive preasure was high also. My tuner made some adjustments and got it down to 32 psi. I had lower egts and more power at that level.

It does seem to do alot better at 32-35 lbs. I also noticed they do alot better about a 3/4 throtle instead of full. after i get my up pipe problems fixed im gonna take it to the track and see what itll run ive been predictied to lo 13s to high 12s due to cars that have been beat on other tracks
