My truck started surging at Idle it was close to filter time so changed fuel filter ,no help. Orderd FPR & PP mean while truck goes into limp mode. Got parts changed both, still in limp mode. need help

What are you referencing in regard to a PP? Did you have any codes that pointed you toward the FPR? If it's in limp mode it most certainly should have a code of some kind to tell you were to look.
