06 LLY vs. 06 LBZ

what are ALL the differences in the two. is one better than the other AFTER tuning?

My understanding is that the 06 LLY is simply a detuned LBZ. Is that all there is that's different? Charger? heads? internals? injectors? ANYTHING?
