06 lbz trans issue

Have a 06 lbz built trans by Big Dipper, truck throws po700 and a u0100 code 3 out of 5 times you get on it from a roll or dog doesn't matter which tune your on the converter locks and then unlocks in higher gears , trans fluid is good and clean and fluid level is spot on any help?

Also there is no lock up box on the truck yet have a fleece alli locker just wanting to figure this issue out before installing

What are you scanning with? Should be something more than a 700.
