06 lbz PDM swap to achieve keyless entry

i have an 06 chevy silverado W/T but has power locks, windows and mirrors iv read online that if i swap the passenger door module with one 03-07 with keyless entry then program the remote it should work? any input?

i dont have rpo code for keyless...

I feel like the BCM will need to be reprogrammed to complete the swap. Could not tell you off hand if there is a 'Keyless' vs 'No Keyless' selection in TIS so you may have to program the BCM with the VIN of the truck that had keyless. However that may open up the door for more issues.
