I have an 06 2500 HD Silverado, diesel, Allison trans. When I shift from "D" to "M" the indicator doesn't move. When I shift from "M" to "1", the indicator will then move from "D" to "1". Never indicating that it went though "M". It does the same thing on the way back from "1" into drive, never indicating that it past though "M". If I shift back and forth though the gears quickly, I can get it to go into "M" but then the upshift and down shift buttons don't work. Any ideas?
