05 truck / 08 radiator ?

Has anyone actually tried to put a newer radiator (08) into an older truck( 05). yes i know the core support is "said" to be different , but how different is it ? The 08 radiator is said to be 4'' + taller then the 05 , who has actually tried to do this or seen both core supports....

If you let me know where to measure, I will get them for you so you can see if it will fit

I think they're the same. LBZ's use the same intercooler and radiator as LMM's. Not sure about the 11+ LML's
