Well. What an experience . After replacing the head gaskets 10 months ago my adventures continue! My p/u would not start after a short trip. Had it towed home and started looking for issues. After several 25 amp fuses and several handfuls of hair which I cannot spare! I found a pink wire arcing on the metal bracket holding the big and small cluster of wires! I hope this is my problem! I taped the pink wire and then taped the bracket until I can get a small pice of hose or plastic loom. I hope this solves the problem !any suggestions????

This doesn't belong in this section of the forum.
However, the pink wire you are speaking of provides power to the FICM. If it was shorting out and blowing the fuse then your truck would not run.
Ive fixed several LLY trucks with this issue.
My guess is your problem is solved now. Just make sure its taped up well. And you should also verify that the harness is routed correctly so it it does not rub on the bracket anymore.
