05 Hood and Grille on 03-04?

Anyone put a 05 hood on an 03 or 04? Is it just the hood and grille that need to be swapped or more to it than that? Just looking at them it looks like everything else is the same

It is just hood and grille. I have an 05 hood and grille on my 04.
