05 C4500 and EFI tuning?

What Can be done to an 05 C4500 truck. I would like to get some better milage with some more towing power. What can be tweeked with EFI to better the truck. I have already saved the ECM tune in EFI (below). Any help would be great.

Give this a try Russ...20% extra fuel in heavy throttle, good timing, and some extra boost...Based on Pat's 20-20 tutorial...Should work well...

I'm glad you approve. I don't have a lot of experience tuning the LB7s and LLYs. It seemed to drive well, and the guy really liked it. Moved pretty good for a truck that size too.

It's waaaaaaaaaaaaaay more refined than mine...Options are nice, especially with DSP5 available to him...
