04 LB7 BootLoader Rejected

I have been trying all day to full flash some tunes on a 04 LB7 I have all the new updates and went through efilive explore and did all the bootblock to my v2 will somebody please help me get this ecm unlocked there is a pull tomarrow and I am really wanting to pull

did you check the "alt keys" button? I had a few that would not tune unless ALL codes were cleared before the flash, mostly LLY's though.

Try slow speed. Restart your computer, pull your battery cables for a while. These are all things I have done and got it to work. I don't know if it is coincidence or not. but so far I have always got it to work. It seems like some trucks do it more often than others.

I tried alt keys
I tried running it at slow speed
I tried the $4444 keys or which ever numbers it was
I tried unhooking everything sitting down drink a cold drink and tried again
I tried pulling the info and radio fuses
I tried pulling the aftermarket radio plum out
I tried talking nice to it
I tried cussing it
Nothing seems to work lol

But for some reason the security light is staying on and the guy that owns this truck said it has been doing that since he had the trans refreshed

I had a hammer in my hand at one time dont know how I got it just kind of walked up to the truck and I was holding one lol

Well I have sent some bug&trace reports to efi support with no luck and even got another ecm today and took it to a dealer and they could not even marry the new ecm to the truck I have checked all fuses none are shot unhooked the aftermarket radio and the works and still each ecm will not let anything crack into them what could it be

Hows the battery voltage? Doors closed? Everything off?

The dealer hooked the battery chargers up while trying to marry the new ecm to the truck everything was off but door was open

Do you have access to a harness or another truck maybe?

I got so desparate I wouldn't even have the cell phone in the truck, remove radar detector, clean battery posts It didn't take long for my 1 year old batteries to get down to 11.5 V with those key cycles.

Anybody have any ideas I have been battling this for over a month I am about open for anything the only thing the owner said happened to the truck after being tuned 2 years ago was that he took it and had the trans built and when he got it back the security light stayed on ever since said that the trans guy used a tech 2 to reset the taps but he fooled with it for about 20 min before he clamed he got the taps reset is there anything he could have done by mistake to throw the security light I have bug and trace reports saved if anybody wants to take a look

So did disabling the vats fix your problem or did it just finally go on its own

No it went on its own several attempts after disabling VATS with EFI Live and after doing key-on 15 min, key-off 30 sec four times (not sure if that is even correct for LB7).

The only thing changed when it did work was the tune (DSP5 instead of stock), the batteries would have charged more, and additional key cycles of course.

The tune was being written without errors once I tried my third ECM (2nd one was locked) and there were no indications of anything wrong but the truck would crank and not start.

Your issue is different isn't it?

Did you ever end getting a tune on the truck? If you did, what did you end up doing to get it to work?

The ECM was locked and I sent it off to try and get it unlocked didnt have any luck was so ever so I got another ECM and put in the truck
