04 Kodiac will not go over 40

04 kodiac will not run over 40 changed fuel filter did not help. No codes Bad fuel?

I remember something similar happening and it being a problem with the PTO. Cant remember exactly. Do you have any way to log it or read codes?

No Pto on tranny. Used a snap on scanner and didn't see anything. It's my father in laws truck and some body did the snap on scanner when I wasn't there

The cruise control buttons activate the PTO. turn off the cruise control before driving it?

Thanks for the info the pto switch was messed up. It was showing on and the switch was off. I didn't know the truck has three batteries I figured two would be enough.
