04.5 LLY truck dies LOTS of injector codes

Buddies truck starts normal idles normal for 10 seconds then rattles and shuts down. Throws injector codes 1-8 and bank 1 and 2 voltage codes. FICM?

It sounds like the FICM, or a wiring/harness issue. If the FICM doesn't see a good connection to the injector, it will turn off several at a time to protect itself. An open circuit (broken wire) or short circuit (rubbed wire) can cause all sorts of problems.

Pull the pins in the bale connectors. Had a buddies truck do something similar.

OK so...

Buddy tried a working ficm and with that particular one the truck will not fire and it sets an FICM code?

I'd start looking at wiring in that case. I have a FICM on mine that's not from the same truck as my ECM and no issues like that

As James said. I have swapped ficms around with no issues, I would agree with a wiring problem.
