Just replaced my transmission in my 03 lb7. Now whenever I go from park to drive or reverse it revs up to 1200rpm then drops. And when stopped in drive at a red light it gets loud and it seems like the truck wants to jump forward when I release the brake it revs and jumps forward. The transmission I put in came out of a 05. It shifts fine when driving. Any ideas? Brought it into a shop they say it's engine problems.

I know the valve bodies and harness are different... But I don't know if that would cause your symptoms. Everything working fine before the trans melted down?
