Mine does that also. I think I read that it was a bug that they had found and were going to include in the next software release. The codes still clear so I don't think there was a big rush to release an update just for it.

There was a problem that caused DTC reading to fail when reading LBZ/LMM - if your LLY is a late 2006 model with the Bosch controller then the problem will affect your LLY as well.
Try updating to the latest boot block (V2.06.02) and firmware (V2.06.04).
You can get the updates by downloading and installing EFILive V8.1.2. Then when you run EFILive Explorer you will be notified that you need to update your boot block and firmware.
