EFILive $0281 Autocal?

Hey guys could use some help, tried to load a DSP-5 tune on to a 05 LLY. Truck has a CTS monitor, unplugged it, plugged in autocal, turned key to run, and proceeded to attempt to grab stock file and got the $0281 error. Went made sure fuses were all good and all accessories were unplugged, everything checked out. Attempted a few more times and made sure the connector was seated good. I then made sure boot block and firmware were up to date which they were still getting the error, so wanted to see if anyone had any ideas? Thanks in advance

Also to note did not pull any fuses, thinking that is probably my issue

Your software and firmware need to match those of your Tuner's FlashScan device. The Check for updates button within the V8 software is only updated on each public release, it is not updated for Pre-Release software. The most recent version details are:
EFILive V8 software: V8.2.2 Build 274
Boot Block: V2.07.07 (Feb 07, 2014)
Firmware: V2.07.81 (Mar 18, 2015)

There were problems with earlier firmware releases with Autolocking on LLY controllers. It is essential that customers update their firmware to build 81 as listed above.

You should also make sure the ignition is in the run position, not accessories.

Thanks, for the reply Cindy, I checked and it is on the V2.07.80 firmware V8 software version is V8.2.2.258 will update and report back
