02 rebuilt trans issues

I just put a rebuilt trans in my truck and I’m getting codes p0842 and a codes for the reverse pressure switch, it banges into reverse/ drive and doesn’t shift though the gear so pretty sure it’s in limp modes with code p0700
I have a new psm and Nbsu coming, just wondering is there anything else I should be looking at

Trans has ppe stage 5,mike l spring kit,suncoast 1056,billet c2 hub
Any help would be great

Ya only problem with that is it’s used, ya I kno never buy a used trans and at this point I’m pretty sure it’s a it diy build *Other failed one

got new code after clearing today got a p0847
but before the code and limp mode the trans shifted fine and no hard shift in reverse or drive

put all new solenoids in, cleaned valvebody and half the issues are gone,
now it shifts fine into drive and shifts in and out of all the gears ive reset the trans with flashscan,
I still have issues with reverse with it banging in to gear and no codes have popped up
my question is what mechanically would cause that?

You are the point that no one will be able to properly diag your issues because we don’t know wtf the original owner did to the trans or what he f-ed up inside. It’s time you tear it down and figure it out or take it somewhere.
