I put this tune together last night and tried it out. Seems to run pretty good with very little smoke at stock boost. Was hoping to see if I could get some feedback on it from others who are more versed in diesel tuning if there are any areas I should change in it to keep the engine safe. This isn't the exact tune I'm running, mine is calibrated for different gears, speedo, and quite a few DTC's disabled due to the swap.

It is def on the safe side and could go hotter if you wanted too , just depends on what you are using the tune for really . Give me a use and i can look through a little closer .

I want to keep it driveline safe and soft shifts as I'm running a 10.5" rear end under the BURB, and this tune here is enough that it flexes the frame a bit. I just mostly want a good milage tune with a decent kick to it when I need to pass somebody on one side and then a good safe towing tune on the other side that won't bang the shifts. And also I would like to smooth out the power application some as this tune here hit's lie a freight train when it comes in. I've tuned alot of gassers in my day with carbs and such, but this laptop tuning has a steep learning curve to it for me.

Also I hear alot about logging to help improve the tunes, is there a link I can go to to learn about that portion?

I would highly recomend using JoshH's timing calculator , after checking the timming table in it it seemed a bit off where i would like it , is the any timing rattle when you drive it . I will make some tweeks too it , what is your email and i will send it back to you later .
