01-02 cowl induction silverado hood on a gmc

i am going to be doing a silverado hood on my gmc, i need to know if the aftermarket cowl induction hoods for the 01-02 silverado hoods still have the high rise on the front of the hood. i like the looks of the hood but if im going to do it i want the high rise in the front and a cowl induction hood if possible. all the pictures i found were of a stock hood, or off of a 1500 so the front of the hood is not the same. if anyone has any info it would be greatly appreciated! thanks guys

I've been looking for one for awhile now and have not found a steel one. I found a fiberglass ram air hood awhile back but can't seem to find it again. I even bought a uesd fiberglass ramair hood thinking it was a HD hood, but when it showwed up it was a 1/2 ton hood

You don't have an 01, 02 thou do you.

And how would you put an 04 hood on a 01-02 truck?

i thought people were doing this...maybe it was 01-02 gmc on a chevy or switch

I have a goodmark cowl hood on mine and when we looked for one for a friend of mines 01 HD all we could find for a 01 or 02 with a cowl induction were all for 1/2 tons. Good luck on finding one. You could always buy a aftermarket steel add on style cowl and install it on the 01 or 02 chevy HD hood like you are wanting. It would require a little body work and painting but you would have what you want in the end and it would look killer imo.

I haven't seen an 01-02 cowl hood with the raised front like the stock hood.
