    Thanks for the info guys. I ended up calling PPE and they told me to pull the TBC BATT, TBC Ignition, INFO, and Radio fuses and it tunes just fine now.. lots of power and smoke now. cant keep my foot off the loud pedal. thanks again guys!!

    I bought an ATS E-Power Tuner for my 04.5 LLY. I've taken out the fuses, made sure the lights, a/c is off ect.. and cant get it to install a tune. It gets stuck on "making changes to your stock settings", I can get engine RPM's, temp, boost, readings. It will do everything else but tune. I...
