    I believe its still low on freon hook up the gages and watch the low side while you spray water on the condenser if the low side drops pressure continue to add freon till its around 30-35# if it doesn't drop pressure then change out the accumulator or receiver dryer and orifice tube

    What is the truck this combination in? because most in 2001 had 2000 series in it that came with the 466. also does it have air brakes or manual parking brakes?

    i would replace the seal and move on all the bolts dont look like they were leaking from there. just because the seal didnt leak when you had it on the floor doesnt mean it doesnt leak while the truck is running

    i dont know what the coating is called its been so long since i had it done. the cooler is around 3" taller and like 1" wider for the earls the 6.0 cooler is massive but it requires a little more than plug and play:thumb:

    my cooler is not an ordinary cooler i had it coated with some special coating that makes the cooler get cold when air blows across it. its pretty amazing to feel it get cold with 100 degree air blowing across it
