L5p lifter failure
Sorry to hear this….had my 18’ do the same thing back in December of 23’…..only had 83k miles on it….this has to be due to crappy materials used by GM….this may be my last GM product I ever buy. Total BS! We shouldn’t have to deal with any of this….ever!- Mbh

L5p lifter failure
Just took my 18 into the shop for this. Lifter issue. Requiring complete tear down, new camshaft,lifter, etc…..started with a tick, then the same thump. The thump was blowback coming out intake. Can feel it blow back when placing hand over intake. Only 94k miles. Not under warranty. To be...- Mbh
