    We had trany flushed and filters changed, we changed fuel filter, thermastats, cool temp sensor.

    Well, the check engine light comes on, and when you go to stop fast it just shifts down hard(bang)! No codes comen on. It seems to not want to shift down all they way, and sometimes it won't even go into gear when I go to take off!

    Help: 2001 Duramax

    I'm have'n a shift'n problems on my pickup. It shifts down hard when you stop fast, but if I slow down slowly it's not as bad. I've taken it to 3 machine shops and no one can figure it out so I'm try'n to find someone that knows there stuff. Thanks for look'n!
