If my foot is on the brake, I have no throttle. Let off the brake and throttle comes back. -

I have but the code reader I have is simple and says there isn't any. I'm sure a tech2 would pull something. -

LBZ derate message/no CEL
New filter, you would think with wiring or a faulty pedal that it would pop a CEL of its smart enough to derate. However unplugging the pedal doesn't set a code and will idle at 1k unless the brake pedal is pushed. -

New 'vibration'
My truck does damn near the exact same thing. LBZ with 240k. CC/LB and the driveline has had new ujoints and hanger bearing twice already. Don't notice it until pulling somethin.- Dirty230

LBZ derate message/no CEL
07 classic 3500 auto with LBZ. 240k all stock, other than downpipe back Mbrp exhaust. Had no issues up until it sat for a few months low on fuel. Started it up and now has a "reduced engine power" message on the dash that won't clear. No CEL and throttle is very unresponsive which I'm sure...
