    Thats what has me stumped i can do 7 or 8 passes at the dirt drags and it will get up to 210 at most but towing is a totally different story it heats up and stays there

    Its a little of both, grade and flat ground when pulling a grade ill see 240 245, flat ground it stays right around 230 but once it heats up to 240 or so it never cools back off it will stay right there untill i stop for a while driving with no load it runs about 210

    I do tow with a tow tune, i have tried both ways copilot on and off and also on a lower setting while copilot is on. It dosent seem to affect the temp much at all. Im towing right around 9600lbs

    Thanks for the reply, im down in southern ohio! i checked the fluid level cold and hot both checked out ok replaced spin on filter with ac Delco unsure of the ring magnate the fluid didnt look or smell burnt what is the best way to check to see if its plugged? Thanks again!
