    L5p lifter failure

    The sad part is that this is a personal truck that doesn't tow often. I only tow my boat occasionally. You have been lucky or got a good one. I'm sure they have more trucks running than failing but I personally have never had so many issues with a Duramax. My buddy included.

    Built Gmax Failure

    I know on my Rossler turbo 400 there is a piece that Rossler adds to help keep the snap ring in place. It's works as a back up. I would also think that a built trans vs a stock trans would put more pressure on the snap ring. I'm no trans builder just my guess?

    I beat up my 2011 lml for 5 years with a max tune. The trans never gave me a problem. I deleted it with 300 miles. My 16 lml now has a Ridgerunner tune on kill also since it's had 500 miles. Trans shifted good and it shifts even better now that I messed with the Trans tune a little. Waiting on...

    I think increasing the values in the 1 tq table we have is turning tq management down? I'm no tuner but that's the way I interpreted it.
