The truck has 210k miles and runs like a screaming ape with 14-15 mpg on avg, bone stock. I've owned the truck since new and have always changed the oil every 7 to 10k miles. I noticed considerable oil under the truck and took it to a local chevy dealer who is saying the motor needs head gaskets...
