    Thanks Mack. The Duramax is a 4wd. Is a frame reinforcement kit better than boxing the frame, or is it something that would be done along with boxing the frame?     Thanks for the info Catman. Yeah, as much as I'd like to keep the frame from the 03, I'm just not sure if I'm confident enough yet with my fabrication skills to figure all of that out. You're a lucky man to have a ZF6. Those suckers are hard to find! It's a dream of mine also to find a crew cab...

But my main concern there is the wheelbase difference. I haven't actually taken a tape to either of them, but from specs I've found...
